Weather-aware schedule
The timeline respects the standard ID build order, Sundays, Malaysian public holidays and the monsoon season for outdoor work. A 16-day rain forecast flags outdoor tasks before they slip.
Offline-first site log
Logs and photos queue on the phone and send when signal returns, with no double entries on retry. Photos are compressed for 3G and watermarked with capture and upload time.
Dispute-proof by design
Logs lock after 24 hours. Evaluations can never be edited, only superseded. Every change to a task, date, contractor or defect is on the activity trail with who and when.
